Program Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic marketing manager to join our team on a project contract basis. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing campaigns on two of our 2025 training programs and ensuring program quoters are met. This is an exciting position in the performing arts sector and the successful candidate will be marketing high quality and proven products headed by an international artist and involving 9 high quality professional Indian artists. Candidates must exhibit a passion for the Performing Arts and the development of the Performing Arts industry and have a focussed energy for potential sales from the 18yr to 35yr age bracket.

Brief
Key responsibilities
  • Manage marketing budget: Ensure assigned budgets are maintained

  • Develop marketing strategy: Create a roadmap for marketing the products, including positioning, messaging, and strategy

  • Understand target audience: Research and define potential clients

  • Collaborate with teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives

  • Create and execute marketing content: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling messages for sales including on and off line material

  • Manage social media: Plan, create, and publish content for posts pertaining to the programs on the company's social media accounts

  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage lead generation

  • Manage bookings: Guiding participants through the enrolment process

  • Track performance: Use data to measure what's working and what's not

  • Gather customer feedback: Gather feedback from target customers

General Information

  • Location: Mumbai (Candidates must be based in Mumbai)

  • Reports to: Program Coordinator and the Manager of Enigmatic Hills Productions

  • Role Commences: 24th March, 2025

  • Programs: Programs will be shared with candidates if/when reaching stage two of the application process.

Skills
  • Excellent communication skills including a proficiency with cold calling

  • Project management

  • Able to work as a team and independently

  • Strategic thinking

  • Familiar with graphic design principles and tools

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis

  • Experience/knowledge of the performing arts is desirable, especially in the areas of professional workshops and training

    *The successful candidate must have own computer.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields OR equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing

  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Extensive experience with social media marketing

Remunerations
  • Contract Fee: ₹120,000

  • Phone Plan: Duration of the contract

  • Bonus: Bonuses are available and will be discussed at Interview stage
