We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our founders and department heads across theatre, film, training & education, and festivals. This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-paced creative environment, can confidently communicate over the phone, coordinate people and tasks, maintain spreadsheets and databases, and assist with social media and day-to-day operations. You should be able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion, and have strong written and spoken English. An interest in theatre, film, or the arts is an advantage, but prior industry experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, initiative, and attention to detail who wants to grow with Enigmatic Hills Productions as the organisation continues to expand.
Part-time (0.6 FTE) · Mumbai-based — Versova and work from home. Enigmatic Hills Productions (EHP) is a Mumbai-based creative company working across four verticals: Theatre, Film, Schools, and Advertising. We create original productions, train actors, and deliver workshops across India and internationally.
The Programs & Administration Assistant is the operational backbone of EHP. You will work across all four verticals, supporting the Creative Director and Co-Director in the day-to-day running of the company. The role combines outreach, research, administration, and coordination. It suits someone organised, self-directed, and confident dealing with people.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Social media and digital presence: Run EHP's Instagram and social media posting across all projects. Contribute to social media strategy for every vertical. Keep posting consistent, on schedule, and aligned with each project's identity.
Sales and outreach: Make cold calls and follow-up calls to sell workshops. Contact schools regularly to promote EHP's school workshop programs. Build and maintain relationships with schools, institutions, and prospective participants.
Research and databases: Research and compile databases of grants, festivals, funding opportunities, and philanthropists — nationally and internationally. Keep these databases current, accurate, and ready for use in applications and planning.
Enrolments and records: Coordinate enrolments across all workshops and programs. Take responsibility for maintaining accurate enrollment information. Assist with marketing and enrolment processes from first enquiry through to confirmed participation.
Executive and operational support: Assist the Managing Director and Co-Director where needed and appropriate. Handle office administration, organise meetings, and maintain minutes and records for the executive. Coordinate rehearsal spaces and venues, and map out travel and accommodation for workshop and project travel. Maintain client and artist databases.
Position details: This is a part-time position (0.6 FTE). You will be Mumbai-based, working from Versova and from home. Remuneration will be discussed at interview.
