REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and returns for services and products offered by Enigmatic Hills Productions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By purchasing any workshop, training program, event ticket, merchandise, or other service through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. WORKSHOPS, TRAINING PROGRAMS, AND COURSES
1.1 Participant Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
a) Cancellation more than 14 days before the commencement of the program:
A refund of 75% of the amount paid will be issued.
b) Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the commencement of the program:
A refund of 50% of the amount paid will be issued.
c) Cancellation less than 7 days before the commencement of the program:
No refund shall be provided.
1.2 Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a workshop, class, training session, or program shall not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, or compensation.
1.3 Transfer Requests
The Company may, at its sole discretion, permit a participant to transfer their registration to another participant or future batch, subject to availability and prior written approval.
2. EVENTS, SCREENINGS, PERFORMANCES, AND FESTIVALS
All ticket purchases for performances, screenings, festivals, showcases, and other events are final.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that the Company cancels the event.
If an event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date or may be transferred at the discretion of the Company.
3. MERCHANDISE RETURNS AND REFUNDS
3.1 Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested only if:
• The item received is damaged during delivery.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item contains a manufacturing defect.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photographs of the product and packaging.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges shall not be accepted for:
• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Minor variations in colour, print, or appearance arising from screen display differences.
• Used, worn, washed, or altered products.
3.3 Approval of Returns
All return requests are subject to verification by the Company. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after review.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION FOR MERCHANDISE
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
5. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
If a workshop, training program, event, or service is cancelled by Enigmatic Hills Productions Pvt. Ltd., participants shall be entitled to either:
• A full refund of the amount paid; or
• Transfer of registration to a future batch, event, or service.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds shall be initiated through the original mode of payment.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days from approval. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, technical failures, strikes, or other force majeure events.
